In 2012 Logia Mobile was sold to Mandalay Digital (MNDL.ob). In 2011 Kobi co-founded Taptica, with the vision of bringing optimization and performance to the mobile world. Today Kobi is the president of the company, leading development and activity in the USA.

Shai Cohen
Co-Founder & CEO of proteanTecs
Shai Cohen is the CEO and CO-Founder at proteanTecs. He is also a co-founder of Mellanox and has served as Mellanox’s chief operating officer since May 2011 and has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2015. Previously, Shai was Mellanox’s vice president of operations and engineering from June 1999 to May 2011. From September 1989 to May 1999, Mr. Cohen worked at Intel Corporation, where he was a senior staff member in the Pentium processors department and a circuit design manager at the cache controllers group. Shai holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion — Israel Institute of Technology.

Moshe Shahaf

Moshe Shahaf is a scholar with twenty years of experience in the management of multinational engineering teams and more than dozen years of experience in international high technology venture business. Shahaf has a broad technical knowledge with a strong operational background. He acquired expertise in semiconductor technologies and applications in the fields of digital signal processing, network technology and security. Shahaf has held many highly regarded positions throughout his career. He was a Co-Founder of Prescient Venture Capital (AU), he was a Managing Partner of Vertex Venture Capital, an Israeli subsidiary of Vertex Venture Holding (SG). He was a Partner at Formula Ventures and an investment consultant to venture funds and investment banks in Israel. Shahaf served as Vice President R&D and Chief Technology Officer of the DSP Group, RAD Network Device, and Wave Systems. Shahaf spent the formative years of his career at National Semiconductor where he held various management and development positions in Silicon Valley, Europe and Israel. Moshe Shahaf served as a Major (res.) in the Israel Defense Forces R&D unit specialized in the field of RF communication. Shahaf earned a B.Sc., in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, M.B.A, from Tel Aviv University, Masters in Law from Bar-Ilan University, and Masters in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.

Orr Danon
CEO of Hailo
Orr is CEO and Co-Founder of Hailo, bringing with him a decade of software and engineering experience from the Israel Defense Forces’ elite intelligence unit. In his role, he coordinated many of the unit’s largest and most complex interdisciplinary projects, ultimately earning the Israel Defense Award granted by Israel’s president, and the Creative Thinking Award, bestowed by the head of Israel’s military intelligence. Orr holds an M.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc in Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
