Phil Tee is Chairman and CEO of Moogsoft. He made an indelible mark in information technology by co-founding Omnibus Transport Technologies Limited (OTT) in 1993 to build and market Netcool/Omnibus. OTT was folded into Micromuse (Nasdaq: MUSE) in 1994 and Netcool/Omnibus became the company’s flagship product.
