Over the course of his career, he has amassed a significant portfolio, acquiring approximately $2.3 billion in real estate. David Taran steps into the role after spending decades founding and working as the CEO of various other real estate ventures, including Divco West Properties. This company, also based out of the San Francisco Bay Area, was proficient in acquiring, managing, and developing a variety of properties including commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential. David Taran credits his long-term success to his commitment and dedication to fostering relationships with all of his connections. He is proud to serve on the Board of Project Happiness, which is a non-profit organization that was founded and is led by his wife, Randy Taran. The organization focuses on positivity coaching and helping others of all ages find happiness in their own lives. The organization was founded after David Taran and his wife noticed their son exhibiting signs of stress and depression as a child. Instead of turning to despair, the motivated couple set out on a mission to find ways to improve the situation, not only for their family, for for families and individuals across the globe. As an avid supporter and implementer of the organization’s programming, he can attest to Project Happiness’s undeniable value in our society.
