Scott is the visionary leader guiding one of the largest facility services providers listed on the New York Stock Exchange. After more than 10 years with ABM, Scott was selected to become CEO, distinguishing him as only the 7th person to hold that position in our 106-year history. Before joining ABM, Scott held leadership positions managing building portfolios at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and CBRE. Scott has an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and a Bachelor of Science in Business-Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. He is on the board of the State University of New York College at Oneonta Business Advisory Council. He also is on the Board of the Outreach Project, an organization dedicated to rehabilitating high school age drug users, and is a founding Board Member of Donate Eight, a group focused on increasing the number of organ donors in New York State.

Patrick Decker
President and Chief Executive Officer of Xylem
Mr. Decker was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Xylem in March 2014. He also serves as a Director on the Board. As a leader in the water industry, Decker serves on the Energy and Environment Committee for the Business Roundtable, and as a member of the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Executive Council on Infrastructure, which is developing recommendations on initiatives to encourage additional private sector investment in infrastructure to promote economic growth. He joined Xylem from Harsco Corporation, a global industrial services company where he was President and Chief Executive Officer since 2012. At Harsco, he was successful in establishing company-wide programs focused on business simplification, Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement, talent development, innovation and safety. Prior to that, he served in a number of leadership roles at Tyco International, a leading fire protection and security company, ultimately serving as President of Tyco Flow Control, a $4 billion leader in industrial flow control solutions where he was able to grow revenue significantly in emerging markets, execute the company’s largest acquisitions in Brazil and the Middle East, and champion a three year philanthropic commitment to clean water access. In addition, he led the effort that resulted in the separation of the Flow Control business from the parent company. Earlier in his career, Decker held a number of progressively responsible financial leadership positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, including nine years of service in Latin America and Asia. He started his career as an auditor for Price Waterhouse LLP, now PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. He currently serves on the advisory council for the Dean of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
