Russ Hill is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Senior Consultant at Ellwood Associates and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Board of Directors. Russ joined our firm in 1994. As Chief Executive Officer, Russ is responsible for directing the firm’s overall consulting activities and leads our Defined Benefit Plan Practice Area. Prior to joining Ellwood Associates, Russ worked at Stratford Advisory Group, a Chicago-based consulting firm that he co-founded. Prior to entering the consulting business, Russ was responsible for managing the defined benefit and 401(k) plans for GATX Corporation for several years.
